Sand and Stone

A story tells with the intention of two friends were walking through the desert. All through some point of the journey, they had a dispute, and one friend slapped the other one in the face.

The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand: "TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE."

They kept on walking until they found a haven, where they resolute to have a bath.

The one, who had slapped, were stuck in the mud and started drown, but the acquaintance saved him. After the friend improved from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone: "TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE."

The friend who had slapped as well as saved his best friend asked him, "once I wound you, you wrote in the sand and at present, you write on a stone, why?"
The other friend reply: "When somebody hurt us, we are supposed to write it down in sand everyplace wind of forgiveness can erase it away.

But, when an important person does something good for us, we must etch it in stone where no wind can ever erase it."
