Tips for children to lose weight

If you want your child to stay healthy and not too fatty. Then here are the few tips for you and your child

1. Provide your child with healthy food that is healthy meals and healthy snacks and don’t worry or don’t try to explain your child about the calories, fat or carbohydrates. Your child may not understand it whereas would get worried or sometimes would get more temptated about it

2. Try to keep yourself fit, because being a role model will also help your child to admire and will also internally cultivate them to try to be as you are. And this will in return keep the entire family healthy

3. If you feel that your child has put on more weight then you have to seriously make some changes in his diet. For this you need not get worried or show your child that you are worried about it because this may develop inferiority complex in them

4. Try to weigh your child’s diet. This doesn’t mean that you have to count each and every calorie which he eats but always keep in mind that every pound your child gains as extra he has to cut 3500 calories a week because one pound of his weight is equal to 3500 calories

5. Another good way of losing weight for your child is good exercise and also making or encouraging your child to keep themselves more active will also stop gaining or losing weight. Good exercise will help to burn the unwanted calories
