If you want your child to stay healthy and not too fatty. Then here are the few tips for you and your child

1. Provide your child with healthy food that is healthy meals and healthy snacks and don’t worry or don’t try to explain your child about the calories, fat or carbohydrates. Your child may not understand it whereas would get worried or sometimes would get more temptated about it

2. Try to keep yourself fit, because being a role model will also help your child to admire and will also internally cultivate them to try to be as you are. And this will in return keep the entire family healthy

3. If you feel that your child has put on more weight then you have to seriously make some changes in his diet. For this you need not get worried or show your child that you are worried about it because this may develop inferiority complex in them

4. Try to weigh your child’s diet. This doesn’t mean that you have to count each and every calorie which he eats but always keep in mind that every pound your child gains as extra he has to cut 3500 calories a week because one pound of his weight is equal to 3500 calories

5. Another good way of losing weight for your child is good exercise and also making or encouraging your child to keep themselves more active will also stop gaining or losing weight. Good exercise will help to burn the unwanted calories

Cut the strawberries and peel the bananas into small pieces.

There are some hole near by the lion, in that hole a mouse lived. While the lion asleep the mouse came out and saw the lion.

The mouse doesn’t know about the lion strength, so it got some idea to make fun. Mouse thought to wake the lion by running on the lion body.

But the lion snatched it in his strong touch, lion going to kill the mouse suddenly the mouse began to begged, sorry for the trouble and I will surly repay your mercy.

After a long days the same lion was sitting under the same tree that time the lion was caught by a hunters net, the lion doesn’t know what to do, then lion roaring loudly, the mouse hear the lion voice and it came out from the hole and start bitten the net .

After a few seconds the lion free from the net and hunter.

The mouse repays the mercy now. Everyone remembers mercy never goes unrewarded.
