Tips for children to lose weight

If you want your child to stay healthy and not too fatty. Then here are the few tips for you and your child

1. Provide your child with healthy food that is healthy meals and healthy snacks and don’t worry or don’t try to explain your child about the calories, fat or carbohydrates. Your child may not understand it whereas would get worried or sometimes would get more temptated about it

2. Try to keep yourself fit, because being a role model will also help your child to admire and will also internally cultivate them to try to be as you are. And this will in return keep the entire family healthy

3. If you feel that your child has put on more weight then you have to seriously make some changes in his diet. For this you need not get worried or show your child that you are worried about it because this may develop inferiority complex in them

4. Try to weigh your child’s diet. This doesn’t mean that you have to count each and every calorie which he eats but always keep in mind that every pound your child gains as extra he has to cut 3500 calories a week because one pound of his weight is equal to 3500 calories

5. Another good way of losing weight for your child is good exercise and also making or encouraging your child to keep themselves more active will also stop gaining or losing weight. Good exercise will help to burn the unwanted calories

First Mother's Day

“The sweetest sounds to mortals given
Are heard in Mother, Home, and Heaven.”

-William Goldsmith Brown

Motherhood fulfills the life of a woman. There is no music sweeter than the first cry of one’s child for every mother as when a baby is born so is the mother. Celebrating motherhood dates back to the time of the ancient Greeks. A woman’s first mother’s day bring to any woman’s mind a feeling of happiness and satisfaction. In today’s world when people are looking for every single opportunity to celebrate, why not celebrate the first mother’s day of your life as well? Every new mother will be waiting for that opportunity to sing the praises at her first Mother’s Day. It is the perfect time to enjoy the bliss of being a mother when you are holding your baby tight to feel your heartbeat in your baby. It is that moment when you are proud of being a mother of your adorable child. Make the new mother feel how special she is by celebrating the first mother’s day with all the friends and relatives. Let this be a small form of gratitude that is showered upon her.

Pre-alphabetic scripts:

Two scripts are well attest from earlier than the end of the fourth millennium BCE: Mesopotamian cuneiform and Egyptian hieroglyphs. Both were glowing known in the part of the Middle East with the intention of shaped the first extensively used alphabet, the Phoenician.

There are cryptogram that cuneiform was on the increase alphabetic property in some of the languages it was made to order for, as was seen again later in the Old Persian cuneiform script, but it now appears these development were a nonessential and not inherited to the alphabet.

The Byblos syllabary has suggestive graphic similarity to both hieratic Egyptian and to the Phoenician alphabet, but as it is undeciphered, little can be said about its role, if any, in the history of the alphabet.
