How to share the nutrition food for a day?



Here you have a simple tip.

5- Grain group
4- Vegetables
3- Fruit
3- Milk
2- Meat

Start at the Grain Group and move across those entire thing. If you are seven to ten years old, the address is 5-4-3-3-2.

If you are above 10 years, you chart change to

6- Grain group
5- Vegetables
3- Fruit
3- Milk
2- Meat
